Wallingford House glady accepts honor and memorial gifts, stock and other planned gifts, bequests, in-kind donations and financial contributions. Community Psychiatric Clinic, Wallingford House's auspice agency, is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and all gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Every gift made to Wallingford House goes directly to support the needs of our members.

Making a Contribution
If you are interested in making a contribution to Wallingford House, thank you! Please download and fill out this form. There are instructions on the form for mailing your donation. If you are making an in-kind donation that cannot be mailed, there is a place on the form to request a pickup or select a delivery date. When we receive your donation, we will send you a receipt for your tax records.
