Our Transitional Employment (TE) program is a highly structured prevocational program for members who are interested in entering or returning to work in community-based settings. The Clubhouse staff supports these positions with on-site job training, supervision, shift coverage, and with helping members to navigate workplace norms. TE placements are located at the employer's place of business, are part-time, and last for a period of about six months.
